When I first encountered this Metamorphosis Quartz,
what immediately drew me in was its beautiful milky-white color.

Within its soft, milky glow,
flashes of rainbow light occasionally appear as the stone catches the light from different angles.

And when I held this crystal in my hand,
for some reason, I felt a sense of inner stillness returning.

The constant chatter of the mind —
the endless stream of thoughts —
seemed to gently fade away.

And there was simply stillness.

A quiet place deep within.

That was the sense of peace and reassurance
I felt from this Metamorphosis Quartz.

As its name suggests, Metamorphosis Quartz is a crystal deeply associated with transformation.

It is known as a stone that supports inner transformation during turning points in life, especially when we are moving from an old version of ourselves into something new.

Yet the “transformation” I felt from this crystal
was not a powerful force pushing us to change.

Rather,
By becoming still, we naturally begin to transform.

That was the kind of transformation I felt.

Sometimes we find ourselves endlessly searching for answers in our minds:

“What should I do next?”
“I need to become something more.”
“I have to find the right answer.”

But perhaps the answers we truly need
are not found by thinking more and more.

Perhaps they quietly appear
when everything within us becomes still.

When I look at the occasional rainbow appearing within the milky-white world of this crystal,
it reminds me that beyond the stillness,
there may be new possibilities we have yet to discover.

The message I received from this Metamorphosis Quartz was:

“Within stillness, transformation happens naturally.”

There is no need to rush yourself to change.

There is no need to keep searching for answers.

First, step away from the chatter of the mind
and return to the quiet space within yourself.

From there, the transformation into a new version of yourself
may begin naturally.

For times when you are at a turning point in life.

When your heart feels a little tired from thinking too much.

And when you are ready to release an old version of yourself
and quietly transition into something new.

A Metamorphosis Quartz to keep gently by your side,
guiding you back to the stillness within.
